EDUCATIONAL BUDGET

Although learning is a never-ending process, it's much easier when you have money, time, and support. Every year, you get a minimum of 5.000,00 HRK educational budget for courses, conferences, books, and workshops, tailored to our mutual needs and goals.

Each option provides different possibilities but the same opportunity to grow your career. We encourage full-time employment and development within KNIGHTX, but also need some reinforcement from time to time throughout other work options. When opening a new position, we point out which work options are a fit.

Open positions

External Association means:

 

  • Collaboration with freelancers and small teams/companies with an option to issue an invoice 
  • Signed Partnership Agreement
  • Paying per hour or agreed job scope
  • Flexible working hours, with an obligation to participate in daily meetings
  • Remote work with office spot in Osijek if needed
  • Getting the info needed for participation in the project
  • Obligation to respect deadlines for tasks and projects
  • Using own work equipment (with a possibility of renting additional equipment from KNIGHTX if needed for a job)
  • A long-term partnership if both sides are satisfied with the results.
